WHEN TO GO
Bien que l'observation de la faune soit bonne toute l'année, cela peut différer pour certains parcs. Le meilleur moment pour visiter le Kenya est pendant la saison sèche (pas de pluie), de juin à octobre, et ce sont les meilleurs mois d'observation de la faune. La saison sèche coïncide avec la Grande Migration des gnous et des zèbres. Les gnous atteignent généralement le Masai Mara en août et y restent jusqu'en octobre lorsqu'ils retournent dans le Serengeti en Tanzanie. Les saisons des pluies sont également de bonnes périodes pour voyager, car il y a moins de touristes et vous pourrez admirer la végétation émeraude saisissante et les prix seront au plus bas. Les longues pluies sont en avril et mai et sont très humides. Décembre, janvier et février sont également de bons moments pour voyager au Kenya car les pluies sont courtes et vous avez la chance de voir des animaux nouveau-nés et des espèces d'oiseaux migrateurs.
